We are dedicated to hand-crafted, small-batch artisan SOURDOUGH from BC-grown organic heirloom & ancient grains & offer over 24 flavours, from our staple Country Blond & Light Rye, seeded sourdough, whole-grain, honey saffron & European regional sourdough (Alpine, Nordic, Ukrainian, French) & more. We also make Swedish Cardamom Buns for markets and festivals.
