My husband and I were at a restaurant in San Francisco a few years ago and fell in love with their warm smoked olives. We searched for 2 years to find smoked olives that we could sell in our small gourmet food store in Port Moody but never did. Eventually we bought a smoker and the rest is history! We created a line of Smoked Olives, Smoked Olive Tapenade and Smoked Cyprus Flake salt.
