Chickadee Chocolate is a local, chef-run confection company -- we specialize in handcrafted caramels, marshmallows, cookies, and, of course, chocolate! Everything is made with natural flavours (no strange oils or extracts) and we exclusively use Avalon organic milk and cream, as well as real fruit purees, in all our confections and ganache.
