Patisserie Le Pont is a premium pastry shop in West Vancouver, British Columbia. We are best known for our eclairs, made from crispy and tender choux with our signature pastry cream. We named Patisserie Le Pont after our desire to be the bridge between Canadian and Japanese cultures. We source the highest quality and most sustainable ingredients to craft beautiful eclairs, including local farm-fresh eggs, seasonal fruit, Japanese tea leaves, and chocolate imported from France.
