Local crafter from Richmond handmade Japanese Fabric Flowers hair accessories with upcycled materials. The Japanese fabric flower is a special technique involving folding and pinching little square piece of fabric make it into flower petal. Assemble these little flower petals and make it into flowers. Design Peggy use upcycled materials hence each design will be one-and-only and one-of-a-kind.
