Tall Shadow breads

Cass Helps (they/them) and Dayle Kennedy (she/her) live and bake bread in East Vancouver. They are building a company that will sustain them as well as their community by using organic grains and flours, locally produced salt, and the slow fermentation process that sourdough bread needs. Making sourdough is a physical and humbling process that requires time, patience, and a sense of humour.
