Born from the minds of an aerospace engineer and sommelier, Tocha was founded as a way to elevate the everyday ritual of eating. An antidote to bland ketchups and volcanic hot sauces; Tocha challenges the “sauce status quo” by treating spice as an equal part of the flavour spectrum. We create sauces with deep, complex flavours that are complimented by spices, not overpowered by heat. In short, we’re on a mission to reinvent condiments!
