Founded by Vancouver mom of three, Yumyumia crafts premium, small-batch chili oils that deliver uncompromising flavor with a strict commitment to clean eating. Founder passion for spice was kindled in childhood by her mother, who beautifully paired almost every daily dish with chili oil to elevate the meal. As she grew, own standards for enjoying spice became highly elevated. Now, as a mother herself, she believes that an exceptional condiment must achieve total culinary harmony, appealing perfectly to sight, aroma, and taste, while prioritizing the health and safety of the family table.

Driven to create a chili oil with strictly "clean ingredients." To elevate depth of flavor naturally without MSG, we consciously infuse premium, umami-rich elements like kombu, bonito, and shiitake mushrooms, creating a deeply savory, layered complexity. Everything is 100% natural, gluten-free, and completely free from artificial preservatives or additives.
